Class Cancellation Policies

Please review our service terms

  • Class registration is final. No refunds will be issued unless classes are cancelled by NorCal Emergency Medical Training. It is the responsibility of the student to check website and confirm class is still scheduled. 'Cancelled Classes' will be reflected on the schedule at least 72 hours in advance of the class. Student may be notified of Cancellation via email provided.
  • Students more than 10 minutes late to scheduled class WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
  • Students 'Turned Away' and students who 'Fail to Attend' will lose their seat in the class, and forfeit ALL registration fees, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • 'Transfer' requests made by students MAY be accepted (if seating is available in another class) AND request is made within 24 hours of initial student enrollment.
  • Replacement CPR Cards requested for ANY Reason will be processed for $15 dollars. NorCal Emergency Medical Training, LLC will mail cards to the address placed on Class Roster at the beginning of class. NorCal E.M.T. will not be responsible for incorrect interpretation of address on Class Roster due to sloppy, or otherwise illegible handwriting.
  • Book Purchases made in class will be made 'On-Line' using a credit or debit card. Exact Cash may be accepted, we do not carry change nor do we accept personal checks.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
  • Student Manuals will be made available for pick up during any Class we hold at the University of Phoenix (check Class schedule for dates and times) prior to class student is registered for. If you would like to pick up your book please send us an email so we are aware and have books available. Books will also be made available prior to the start of Class.
  • While the American Heart Association certifications are widely recognized and accepted by business and industry, it is the students responsibility to ensure they are receiving the correct training for their specific needs.
